Run4Sam, Inc.  is a 501c3 non-profit formed in 2008.

Proceeds from this race/walk will benefit both a scholarship in Sam Reed’s name, as well as to support the operation and maintenance of the Union Canal Trail at Gring’s Mill Park. We also give back to our community by donating annually to local charities.
